My strategy was to start from the outcome and work back to today. This reverse engineered framework allowed me to evaluate and plan for employee fears at every phase of the transformation and opened my eyes to their exact reluctance to shifting work to another country or reporting into a new organizational structure.

These are the identifcal fears employees are feeling with AI.

I was able to anticpate emotional reactions throughout the entire transformation project and had developed tactical remedy to calm those fears all throughout the 12-18 months of change. 

By the end, my employees were bringing me new use cases to send offshore so they could work on "better things".
